    Before joining the company’s events staff in 2004, Smith was an Assistant Manager for Uppercut Management, an artist management firm specializing in the development of national recording artists. At Uppercut Trey was responsible for administrative and accounting processes related to talent, reviewing compensation and offers with booking agents, coordinating travel arrangements and ensuring all shows ran successfully. He was also instrumental in recommending co-writes for a key client, one of which resulted in a #1 single and platinum album.

    2016 Workforce Live series

    Workforce Live is an in-person breakfast event series. Produced in six major cities, it markets to the HR and people management community. Each Workforce Live! event features a total of nine local HR industry practitioners and scholars delivering their remarks in fast-paced, TED-talk style, 18-minute presentations.

    2016 CLO Breakfast Club series

    Half-day discussion forums held in 8 major cities throughout the United States, CLO Breakfast Club events provide local high-level learning professionals with an opportunity to not only listen to industry experts talk about major issues and trends in the field, but also ask them questions about those topics.
