Can I have a multi-language site?
Yes! Here's how that works: We'll set up the first version of the site in English. Then you can clone it, translate the text, and then link the two sites together. More information on our knowledge base.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes! As part of Kickstart, we'll guide you through connecting your domain or set it up for you. You'll need to stay on a Paid Plan in order to keep the domain connected. If you want to do it yourself, we have tutorials.
How do I pay for setting up the site?
Before we start building your site, you'll upgrade your plan so that we can charge the upfront fee to the card on file. We'll finish your site within 48 - 72 hours and it's yours to play with! The Kickstart fee covers our setup of the site and comes with a mysite.mystrikingly.com URL.
Can my site have more than one page?
Yes, totally! We can set up a single or multiple-page site for you.
How many pages can you create under a multiple-page site?
Though our Pro and VIP plan supports up to 100 pages, our Kickstart Design Experts can only create 7 pages under the Kickstart Program. Once the site has been transferred to your account, you can add and create more pages accordingly.
What languages do you support?
Our Kickstart Program is currently available in English and our Kickstart Design Experts only supports/creates English websites at the moment.
