We have a passion for journalism, and this trip is meant to turn us into journalists. Over the course of two years, we'll report on stories we come across and build a sizeable body of work. We hope it lays the foundations of a fruitful career as storytellers.

Jack Kerouac On The Road There are some things you can only see when you move through the land slowly. From rural towns to major cities and pleasant fields to abandoned wilderness, we want to go to places we would never end up except by accident. We hope to find stories there that others have not found, and have the priveledge to watch how the world moves.

The book will about our adventures, but it'll be more than that, too. It'll be the story of how we tried to find the perfect story, and why we succeeded... or failed.

Christopher Hitchens Our real passion is for long form journalism. Once a month, we write a long form piece of about 5000 words. They're about underworlds: small communities driving change or creating a space to follow their passions. In the past, we've written about a fight against a coal plant in Turkey, a mountain rescue in Georgia, and the dark side of Bangalore's call centers. Read the Features
